Help me tell the story of my children's poisoning through film, to protect other children.
Help me tell the story of my children's poisoning through film, to protect other children.

In 2005 my children were poisoned by the work of a painting contractor.  We lost everything as a result of this and have to deal with their lead-poisoning related learning disabilities and behavioral disorders every day. We knew nothing about the issue when it happened to us, and every day parents from all over the country call me with questions when it happens to them. I'm making a documentary feature film to share our story with the world, along with the stories of four other mamas whose children were poisoned.  Sharing these stories will create awareness and prevent other children from being poisoned as my children were.  I am almost done with the film (which is a feature-length documentary] (you can see sample footage on my website) but need to raise about $27,000 more to finish it.  Every dollar counts.  I founded a nonprofit to help families and also to support this film, so contributions are tax-deductible.
